An arts manifestation is being held October
6th at 12 noon on Scarth Street in Regina's Downtown. This
collection of actions will gather people who share a common concern
for the state of art in Canada, it will articulate challenges we face
in the current political climate, and will respond to these
challenges using the artistic language of performance.
