While mainstream political parties vie for the vote of the so-called 'Saskatoon soccer mom,' issues that need immediate attention - like crushing poverty in our inner cities - have been relegated to the bottom of the agenda. In response, the School of Journalism and the Department of Political Science have partnered with the North Central Community Association to present a public forum titled 'Election 2007: What matters to the inner city?'
