Is the Member of Parliament for Palliser attempting to interfere with the Saskatchewan provincial election?

Today, in my land mailbox I received a Householder from Member of Parliament for Palliser, Dave Batters. Had it told me what the No Longer New Government of Canada was up to with the Budget, I would have understood. That it does nothing but lambaste the NDP causes me great concern. Now, I'm no fan of the NDP provincially and only tolerate the party federally, but this document seems to me to be a blatant attempt to interfere in the Saskatchewan election campaign. It arrives one week before the election date. It attacks the party with which the current provincial government is affiliated. And, it uses tax payers money to do so. Brad Wall must be very happy

If you also have concerns about this, please contact Peter Milliken, Chair, Board of Internal Economy, House of Commons at 613-990-8268. < >.

    Interference... but no real surprise

... Two of the key points made on the obviously interfering mailout were about how the 'NDP supports Kyoto', and 'Kyoto is bad for Canadians'...

I think all party leaders need to take a lessen from Sandra on changing our economic indicators for progress...

under the current measure of progress(supported by both Sask Party and federal Conservatives), a massive toxic waste spill can be seem as economically beneficial because it creates jobs (clean-up) and increases sum of all transactions (GDP)... regardless of all other environmental and human health costs!
