Sixteen States Now Suing the EPA |

It was reported on ActUpinSask on Dec. 31 that the EPA chief was disregarding the advice of its staff to allow California to set its own GHG emission standards for their vehicles. California then planned to sue the EPA for not allowing them to take action.
On Jan. 7, the number of states joining the California suit against the EPA had grown to SIXTEEN. Included in the list are Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington.
