“Where do you see your community in five years?” The Cathedral Area Community Association is holding a special meeting to put this question to members of the lively Regina neighbourhood.

"Whether it be community action, special projects, or general policy; we want to identify actions that should be taken by our community to elicit the type of community we want to live in,” said CACA president Aaron Murray.

A planned public forum will seek ideas on everything from commercial development to eco-friendly initiatives, as well as input on how to run a busy community association with a drastically reduced budget, following a major cut in City of Regina funding. The forum will take place Saturday, Feb. 9 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Neighbourhood Centre, across from Safeway. All are welcome, and food will be served. “The Community Association would love to have your input!” said Murray.

Cathedral clowns are friendly, not scary.
