For our international readers, Tom Lukiwski is a right-wing MP from Saskatchewan who replaced MP Larry Spencer, considered too homophobic by the Conservative Party. Mr. Lukiwski's own anti-homosexual comments were caught on this video. In his case, though, the Conservative Party quickly moved to accept Lukiwski's apology and within a few hours declared the matter "closed." Brad Wall is now the premier of Saskatchewan. He is seen the video making comments in a mock Ukrainian accent. The premier of the time, Roy Romanow, is of Ukranian heritage. Here is the full unedited tape.
