Church bells will ring for climate justice at Regina’s Westminister United Church this Sunday, one of a several activities planned to draw attention to the UN climate change conference in Copenhagen. Citizens are asked to gather on the church steps at 3:00 p.m., and to bring noisemakers.

The event will follow a Saturday rally in Regina’s Victoria Park, beginning at 12:18 p.m. and featuring speakers, music and discussion.

A candlelight vigil is planned for Saskatoon Saturday, Dec. 13, joining millions of people around the world holding similar vigils. The event will take place at the Vimy Memorial Bandshell in Kiwanis Park from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. “We will light candles and there will be some very fun climate caroling for you all to join in!” event organizers say.

If we are really concerned about climate justice we will hold the scientists involved in "Climategate" criminally responsible for falsifying their data at East Anglia University to promote their fear mongering and ideologically driven agenda. Real justice is promoting the oil sands and giving people good paying jobs in a business friendly and environmentally responsible environment! :grin
