Cuba Caravan to stop in Regina PDF Print E-mail

The Cuba Caravan travels across Canada and the US collecting medical, school and other supplies that are unavailable in Cuba, due to the US blockade.
 
The Caravan will stop in Regina July 4, and those in attendance will get to hear from Lisa Valanti. Lisa has traveled with the caravan since its inception 20 years ago, and is passionate about human rights and our relationship with Cuba.

6pm- 9pm
Cathedral Neighbourhood Centre (2900 13th Ave)

The Cuba Caravan travels across Canada and the US collecting medical, school and other supplies that are unavailable in Cuba, due to the US blockade.
 
The Caravan will stop in Regina, and those in attendance will get to hear from Lisa Valanti. Lisa has traveled with the caravan since its inception 20 years ago, and is passionate about human rights and our relationship with Cuba.
 
The evening will go as follows:
6 pm  Potluck supper. Please bring a plate, fork, cup and dish to share
7 pm  Lisa Valanti speaks
8 pm  Film Screening of "People to People", a 45 minute documentary made by a Cuban film crew about the 2008 Caravan with archival footage of past caravans.
